Returns & Order Issues
Hi! Thank you for considering our products.
We're still in the very early days of Thistle Hill, and right now all of our products are fulfilled through Printify. This allows us to offer products without the overhead costs of storing inventory ourselves, which is wonderful for a small business—but it also means we aren't able to accept returns at this time.
That said, if something is wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. Visit our About us page and fill out the form there. I'll personally review your message and do my very best to make things right which might include a refund or replacement of your item.
Reasons for refund:
- Your item arrived broken or non functional
- The item was not manufactured correctly (holes, rips, printed incorrectly, missing pieces)
- The item was destroyed in transit
Reasons for replacement:
- I will replace your item if the manufacturer sent you the wrong item entirely or forgot an item in a multi item order - There must be evidence that the item was missing when the package was opened.
Someday we'll have a warehouse full of these beautiful things, ship every order ourselves in lovely packages, and include free return labels. We're just not there yet.
