Returns & Order Issues

Hi! Thank you for considering our products.

We're still in the very early days of Thistle Hill, and right now all of our products are fulfilled through Printify. This allows us to offer products without the overhead costs of storing inventory ourselves, which is wonderful for a small business—but it also means we aren't able to accept returns at this time.

That said, if something is wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. Visit our About us page and fill out the form there. I'll personally review your message and do my very best to make things right which might include a refund or replacement of your item. 

Reasons for refund: 

  • Your item arrived broken or non functional 
  • The item was not manufactured correctly (holes, rips, printed incorrectly, missing pieces) 
  • The item was destroyed in transit

Reasons for replacement: 

  • I will replace your item if the manufacturer sent you the wrong item entirely or forgot an item in a multi item order - There must be evidence that the item was missing when the package was opened. 

Someday we'll have a warehouse full of these beautiful things, ship every order ourselves in lovely packages, and include free return labels. We're just not there yet.

Every purchase helps us take one step closer to that dream, and for that, we're incredibly grateful.

Don't let the name fool you—this little sunflower has a big whimsical personality.

With soft, fuzzy petals packed tightly together, Teddy Bear opens into a cheerful little puff of sunshine that's unlike any sunflower most people have seen. In fact, the first question is usually, "Wait... that's a sunflower?"

"They're so happy!" was one customer's first reaction, and honestly, I couldn't have said it better myself.

Each bloom is a little different. Some have dark centers, others are light. Some petals are the classic sunflower yellow, while others surprise you with soft buttery pastels. Together, they create bouquets that feel cheerful and bright.

White Light

This showstopping stunner may be the most beautiful sunflower I've ever grown.

With large, creamy blooms, soft pastel-yellow petals, and a buttery center, White Light has a way of making people stop and stare. It's elegant, timeless, and absolutely worthy of a gasp or two.

Unfortunately, the local wildlife seems to agree.

The deer devoured my first planting. The rabbits sampled the second. Birds helped themselves to the next round of seeds, and a mystery garden villain finished off what was left. At this point, White Light has become the most sought-after flower by both humans and every creature in northeast Georgia.

The few blooms I have this season have already found homes, but I have several young plants growing that should be ready in about a month.
